Experience true culinary joy with fresh ingredients from the Barents Sea and the vast Arctic wilderness. With us, it’s all about flavour, quality, and people – from the chefs in the kitchen to the team serving your table.
Our summer menu celebrates the best of the season, inspired by both coast and tundra.
We use local fish from Båtsfjord, reindeer from Varanger, and vegetables that follow the rhythm of nature. Tempted by a steaming fish soup with chili and ginger? Maybe reindeer with a hint of smoke – or our signature dish: dried cod from Halvors with a bold chili-paprika sauce?
Here, every dish is made to satisfy, and served with a smile!
